A: We have a secure shopping cart that processes credit card purchases using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Q: Can I become a member of your design team?
A: We are always looking for creative geniuses to add to our design team. Submit an inquiry via email: designteam@clearandsimplestamps.com and a staff member will contact you with further information.
Q: When will you release new stamps?
A: Our stamp sets are hand illustrated and exclusively designed for Clear and Simple stamps. With such attention to detail, we will release stamps sets on a quarterly basis. We firmly believe in the integrity of our quality of stamps.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, please keep in mind that international shipping and handling rates do apply.
Q: Do you only sell clear stamps?
A: Yes, we have found clear polymer stamps to provide the most versatility and ease of use and care while creating stamped art.

A:Absolutely. When purchasing a Clear and Simple Stamps stamp set you are agreeing to adhere to the United States and international copyright laws and treaties. All text, images, graphical design elements, photographs, illustrations, written or visual materials are copyrights of Clear and Simple Stamps and are prohibited from being downloaded, uploaded, photocopied, republished, posted, electronically transmitted, hand copied, reproduced, distributed, or displayed in anyway unless otherwise noted.

It wonít be long before you can start to use your new stamps. Please allow 3 ñ 5 business days to process all orders. Each order shipped can take up to two weeks for delivery. Have no worries, as a delivery confirmation will be provided so you can track every shipment. But if you are in hurry and canít wait that long, orders may be expedited upon request for an applicable fee. Just drop us a note and we can speed your order right along! Shipping@clearandsimplestamps.com *A handling fee is included on all orders and will be applied at checkout.
Maryland residents will be subject to pay 6% Maryland Sales Tax on all orders purchased.
You may return unopened and unused stamps up to 15 days, for a full refund or exchange. Items that have been returned for and exchange may only be exchanged once. All returned/exchanged stamps must be in their original packaging and contain all original paperwork. All sales are final after 15 days. No shipping charges will be refunded.
